For many years we have talked about bringing our Angelica alumni friends together - to sing! We are excited that the opportunity is finally here!!

We cordially invite you to sing in the inaugural Angelica Cantanti Alumni Choir.

Director Nancy Grundahl is enthusiastically putting together a dynamic and challenging set of music for the alumni choir – including contemporary, classical, multicultural, old favorites, and more. Sharpen the skills you learned in your years with Angelica and join us to share the power of music making with new and old friends!

2012 Rehearsals

The following rehearsals will be 7pm - 9:30 in the Rehearsal Hall at the Bloomington Center for the Arts. 1800 W. Old Shakopee Road.
Thurs., Feb. 2
Thurs., Feb. 9
Thurs., Feb. 16
Thurs., Feb. 23
Fri. Feb. 24 - dress rehearsal

Concert:
Sun. Feb. 26 at 3pm at the Schneider Theater, Bloomington Center for the Arts

Cost to participate: $40
(to cover sheet music, director time, accompanist time and rehearsal venue rental)
Please bring a 1" (3 ring) folder and pencil to rehearsal

Please note- Our rehearsal time is limited. The repertoire may be challenging, intense, fast paced and we'll be covering a lot of music in a short period. Please consider your commitment and plan on attending as many rehearsals as possible. Recordings of the pieces will be online for familiarizing yourself with the music ahead of time.
