Snow Days Announcement 1/24/10
Update at 10:30am:
Busses are loading now. We estimate busses will arrive at the Bloomington Art Center
at 12:15pm on the Logan Ave side.
On this page you will find information regarding the annual Snow Days
weekend retreat on January 22 – 24, 2010.
Please note the checklist and forms below. We encourage you to turn in your forms and money sooner, if possible.
All singers and chaperones are encouraged to ride the bus to and from the retreat center. If your singer must be driven separately from the group, we need to have your permission in writing. Any singers not riding the bus will need authorization from a parent or guardian.
We should have a Medical Release form on file for your singer that was filled out in September. If you need to update your medical/emergency form, please call Andrea in the choir office at 952-563-8572 for a new form, or you can download one here.
In the event that we should need to cancel our Snow Days retreat weekend because of bad weather, please check the Angelica Cantanti website by 12pm on Friday, January 30, 2009. We will also send out an email, so be sure the choir office has your most up to date email address.
